Are your Products Authentic
YES! Our products are 100% Authentic. We source directly from the Brands, or Authorized Distributors from US, UK, and South Korea, because we know how important safe, genuine skincare is.
Do You have a Physical Store
No, It's an Online Store, However we allow pick ups for confirmed orders at our pick up location in Wuse Zone 6 Abuja.
Please note that pick up is for confirmed (PAID) orders.
If you would like to pay at the pick up location, kindly note that your order will not be released until payment is CONFIRMED
How Long does Delivery take
For Orders within Abuja. We offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after this time frame will be processed for delivery the following day.
While Orders outside Abuja takes Two to Three days depending on your location
Can I Exchange or Return a Product
Due to the Sensitive nature of Skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
However if your order arrives incorrect, damaged or missing. kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly, as our priority is your satisfaction and trust. A refund or exchange will be made to that effect.
A Product i want is not on the website
If a product you want is not on the Website, then its not available
What Forms of Payment do you accept
We offer Card Payment through Paystack and Bank Transfers.
Please note that Orders on hold, are held for 2 hours. If Payment isn't made within that time frame, it is automatically cancelled and added back to our inventory so others can purchase.
